A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading UK building and civil engineering contractor specialising in private house, building, facilities management, property development and the PFI. They are looking to recruit a Project Manager to manage the procurement and introduction of a mobile solution for operatives working throughout the organisations support services. The successful applicant will have at least two years Project Management and Change Management experience as well as experience of planning, documenting and managing system implementations. You will also be required to possess the ability to analyse systems and procedures and to recommend and implement improvements. It would be advantageous, but by no means essential, if you could bring with you knowledge of the Housing Repairs and Maintenance business and Housing repairs system. Experience of the Facilities Management and planned maintenance business would also be advantageous, though not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity with a company experiencing some rapid growth, paying up to Ј45k plus bonus and benefits.
